Returns & Exchanges

At Click2Kart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your Click2Kart account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
